中学语文科组拥有广州市农村地区学科带头人培训工作室，共有10名教师，中学高级教师5名，中级教师4名，硕士3名。既有广州市、越秀区名校长秦金华老师，也有广州市骨干教师（1人）、广州市初中语文优秀青年教师（1人）、广州市名教师培养对象(1人)、广州市优秀教师（3人）、越秀区教坛新秀（2人）、越秀区中心组成员（3人），可谓人才济济、实力精干。科组老师积极创新，不但将国家课程上出特色，还积极开设校本课程，如《唐诗鉴赏》、《青春阅读课程》、《语言艺术》等。

The Introduction of the Secondary Chinese Department

The Secondary Chinese Department in our school is the only one to have its own training workshop for leading teachers from rural areas inGuangzhou. It has ten members. Three of them hold a master degree. Five of them are Senior Level Teachers while another four are Medium Level Teachers. They are all capable teachers who shoulder great responsibility in their own field.
